We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analysis Engineer -|| with strong expertise in the Defined Benefits (US Retirement) domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL, Manual Testing, and Pension Administration, with solid understanding of RKS/BA7 platforms and DB product functionalities.

Job Description:

  • 4-10 years of experience in Defined Benefits (DB) domain.
  • Strong knowledge of RKS or BA7 platform preferred.
  • Good understanding of pension administration, benefit calculations, compliance testing, and DB operations.
  • Ability to analyze and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform impact and gap analysis, identify dependencies, and support decision-making.
  • Prepare BRD/FSD documents and work closely with developers for implementation.
  • Conduct system testing, regression testing, and support UAT to ensure quality delivery.
  • Use SQL for data validation and backend verification.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, release notes, and reports.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal/external).
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and MS Office tools is preferred.
