We're looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and recommend strategies that improve business processes and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of workflows, processes, and system behavior to recommend improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation — including BRDs, FRDs, and process maps.
  • Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process automation or optimization.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Analyze business performance through dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track implementation and measure outcomes.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to convert complex business challenges into structured, actionable insights.

Good to Have

  • Experience in HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Exposure to product analytics and UX research.
  • Knowledge of API workflows and integration documentation.
