Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in software development projects to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and development teams to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement analysis sessions.

Project Documentation

• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Maintain and update product backlog in collaboration with product owners or project managers.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between clients, users, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Facilitate review and approval of requirements and project deliverables.

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Support

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum environments).
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test scenarios and coordinating feedback.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to product and process enhancements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Blockchain, AI, or Web3 projects.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma).
• Exposure to APIs, data mapping, or technical documentation.
