About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the technical team.
- Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare project presentations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, or Trello.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in IT/software development domain preferred.
