Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Data Ingestion, Data Operations, and Reconciliation teams to understand and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Analyze and document data flow processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain standard templates, process documents, and best practice frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to support decision-making and ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements.
  • Support new joiners by creating structured onboarding materials and documentation for data-related workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent in Operations/Analytics is a plus).
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of data processes, workflows, and business operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and translate complex concepts between business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in data ingestion, reconciliation, or data transformation workflows.
  • Exposure to financial data, analytics, or reporting processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
