Job Description: Business Analyst Location: Noida Experience: 4–7 Years
Role Summary & Key Objectives We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst (Web & Mobile Applications) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. The role involves understanding business objectives, gathering and documenting requirements, defining user stories, and ensuring that the delivered applications (web and mobile) align with user expectations and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analyzing, designing, and documenting digital product requirements with a focus on usability, scalability, and seamless user experience.
Core Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for web and mobile applications. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, workflows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new features or enhancements. Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure design alignment with user needs and business goals. Coordinate with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation and testing. Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure issues are tracked and resolved before deployment.
Must-Have Skills Technical & Functional Skills: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in web and mobile application development projects. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, user stories, wireframes, and process flows. Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, MS Visio, or similar. Ability to interpret API documentation, basic understanding of data models, and integration workflows. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, and product). Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android) and app publishing processes. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and user research methods. Experience with SQL / basic data querying for validation or analysis. Understanding of cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure) and integration concepts. Prior experience in client-facing or pre-sales discovery sessions.
Experience Requirements 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital product development (web & mobile). Proven track record of successfully delivering business and functional requirements in Agile projects. Experience collaborating with onshore/offshore development teams is desirable.
