About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) sales, experience in building on-ground relationships, and a passion for growing premium beverage brands in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key HORECA accounts including cafés, restaurants, bars, and hotels.
  • Identify and onboard new clients to expand brand presence within the Mumbai region.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account management and field activation.
  • Ensure timely execution of product listings, displays, and visibility drives in partner outlets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to drive sampling, promotions, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market intelligence.
  • Manage order collection, payments, and delivery coordination with distributors and supply chain partners.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, account details, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–5 years in FMCG or beverage sales, with strong HORECA experience (premium beverage, F&B, or alcohol industry preferred).
  • Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset
  • Good knowledge of the Mumbai HORECA landscape
  • Other: Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
