Job Description:
As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be responsible for facilitating sales transactions, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail counter. Your primary duties will include:
Sales and Customer Service:
Greeting customers and assisting them in their purchase inquiries.

Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer needs and preferences.

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Upselling or cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities.

Administrative Tasks:
Utilizing Microsoft Office suite proficiently to maintain sales records, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.

Typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) to efficiently handle documentation and correspondence.

Communication Skills:
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Communicating product features, pricing, and promotional information clearly and persuasively to drive sales.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in operating a PC or laptop to perform various tasks related to sales, inventory management, and communication.

Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques to address minor technical issues that may arise.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.

Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail counter and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:
12th Higher Secondary Qualification.

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
