**COUNTER SALES EXECUTIVE**

Location: Ekta Nagar, Kevadia, Gujarat

Experience:

- 2-3 years in retail and store management preferred

Launched online on the 15th of August 2021, we opened our 1st ever physical store at the Infantry Museum in Indore, MP in December 2022.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries and product needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and promotions to customers.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store counter and surrounding area.
- Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-2 years of retail and store management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail management is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
