**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Counter Sales Executive** to join our fitness team. The role involves handling walk-in customers, explaining gym membership options, and helping clients choose suitable fitness plans. You will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring they have a great experience from the very first interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the gym reception or counter.
- Explain different membership options, fitness plans, and ongoing offers.
- Convert inquiries into memberships by effectively communicating benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details and sales transactions.
- Follow up with leads and renew existing memberships.
- Coordinate with trainers and the fitness team for smooth onboarding of new members.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming counter/reception area.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation is **mandatory**.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle walk-ins and convert leads effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or billing systems (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; experience in **fitness, hospitality, or retail sales** is an added advantage.
