**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Jewellery Counter Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for providing personalized service to our clients, maintaining the counter display, and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and assist them in making suitable jewellery selections.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of product lines (gold, diamond, silver, gemstone).
- Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and care.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle sales transactions, billing, and invoicing.
- Maintain clean, attractive product displays at the counter.
- Ensure proper handling, security, and documentation of jewellery items.
- Manage stock and assist with inventory counts.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate to the store manager if needed.
- Build and retain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); a diploma or degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in jewellery retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS software.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
- A keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
