HZY is a premium Indian streetwear brand redefining youth culture through fashion, creativity, and community. We're seeking an Offline Marketing Executive who can bring our brand to life through on-ground activations, events, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Event & Activation Management
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Represent HZY at events to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
- Retail & Community Engagement
- Drive footfall to stores and offline touchpoints through creative campaigns.
- Build relationships with local communities, colleges, and cultural hubs.
- Organize collaborations with artists, influencers, and cultural groups.
- Brand Visibility
- Identify opportunities for outdoor advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across offline channels.
- Track ROI and effectiveness of offline campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing, events, or brand activations (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
- Passion for streetwear, fashion, and youth culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
