  • Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Executive to handle domain registration, server monitoring, and basic technical support. The ideal candidate should have a fundamental understanding of domain and hosting services, and be able to provide reliable assistance to ensure smooth technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and configure domains after payment confirmation.
  • Monitor and resolve server email alerts and notifications promptly.
  • Provide basic hardware and software support to minimize downtime.
  • Communicate with customers regarding updates, issues, and resolutions.
  • Maintain working knowledge of domain, hosting, and related technical processes.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of domain and hosting management.
  • Familiarity with email configurations and server monitoring.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹400,000.00 per month
