IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network availability and reliability.
- Implement network security protocols and best practices to protect data and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support network-related projects and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Perform network capacity planning and forecasting.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and trends.
- Manage and configure VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Respond promptly to network outages or security incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other major network hardware vendors.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Understanding of network security practices and technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience : 1 to 5 yrs. ( Stock Broking Firm preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
