Cloud Engineer 

Experience: 2–3 years 

About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cloud Engineer to join our growing IT services team. 

As a cloud-native company supporting diverse client needs, we are looking for an engineer 

with experience across major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean), 

containerized applications, and microservices architecture. You will be responsible for 

provisioning infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring application reliability, and 

enabling secure, scalable deployments for a variety of projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

● Provision and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Pulumi. 

● Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservice-based applications. 

● Deploy and manage containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes 

(GKE/EKS). 

● Monitor and maintain cloud applications using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or 

equivalent. 

● Ensure secure access, IAM roles, and compliance across environments. 

● Configure and manage VPCs, networking, and firewall rules on cloud providers. 

● Collaborate with development teams / Python) to support deployment 

workflows. 

● Assist in debugging performance and reliability issues in staging and production 

environments. 

● Implement and maintain logging, alerting, and health-check dashboards. 

Required Qualifications 

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field) is preferred. 

● 2–3 years of hands-on experience working as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer. 

● Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or 

DigitalOcean). 

● Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Pulumi. 

● Strong knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration with 

Kubernetes (GKE/EKS). 

● Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. 

● Familiarity with and Python development workflows. 

● Understanding of networking, VPC setup, security groups, IAM, and monitoring 

tools. 

Bonus (Nice to Have) 

● Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or GCP Associate 

Cloud Engineer. 

● Experience with service meshes, distributed tracing, or policy-as-code tools. 

● Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud setups. 

● Worked in a client-facing or services-based organization.
