Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, review, and maintain pre- and post-tender documentation as per SMC requirements.

· Draft and submit official letters, work orders, and technical correspondences with vendors, consultants, and SMC.

· Coordinate with consultants for design approvals and ensure compliance with project specifications.

· Submit the Bill of Materials (BOM) and related documentation to SMC for approvals.

· Liaise with vendors for quotations, compliance checks, and execution of work orders.

· Respond to SMC notices and technical queries related to project execution and O&M issues.

· Support in preparing inspection records, commissioning reports, and other project documentation.

· Maintain accurate and organized filing of all project-related approvals, correspondence, and inspection reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

· 2–5 years of experience in tender documentation, project coordination, or EPC/Contracting industry preferred.

· Strong drafting and documentation skills, especially for technical letters and official correspondences.

· Familiarity with municipal tender workflows and contracting processes is an added advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation software.

· Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently on documentation and compliance tasks.
