**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Review and validate project schedules, budgets, and resource plans & utilization.
- Analyze delays and costs to identify causes and propose corrective actions.
- Develop and implement quality control, safety monitoring, and project management procedures/processes.
- Track project progress and review dashboards and reports.
- Identify opportunities for timeline optimization and process improvement.
- Validate and review site data, material usage, and billing quantities.
- Manage approval-related clauses in governing tenders through effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation or contingency strategies.
- Coordinate between project managers, site teams, consultants, and management.
- Support decision-making through analytical insights and project performance reviews.

**Skills & Education**:

- B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's degree or PMP certification is an added advantage).
- Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale projects independently.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project planning tools.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under field conditions.
- High attention to quality, safety, and cost control.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
