**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store’s operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve coordinating various aspects of ecommerce sales, inventory management, product listings, order processing, and customer service, with a focus on increasing sales and enhancing the overall customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listings**: Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- **Order Processing**: Oversee the entire order process, from receiving orders to shipment and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, update inventory, and communicate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- **Customer Support**: Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve any issues related to orders, returns, or product concerns.
- **Promotions & Marketing**: Assist in executing online marketing campaigns, promotions, and discounts to drive traffic and sales.
- **Website Maintenance**: Ensure the ecommerce platform is running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the web development team to implement necessary updates.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**: Track key metrics such as conversion rates, sales volume, and customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- **SEO Optimization**: Ensure product pages are optimized for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
- **Vendor Relations**: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality products.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to ensure the website’s content (including product descriptions and blog posts) is engaging and aligned with the brand’s voice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Shift allowance
