**Job Description: E-commerce Executive (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra)**
**Position**: E-commerce Executive

**Role Summary**:
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s presence and performance on e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, efficient inventory management, promotional activities, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketplace Management**:
- Set up, manage, and optimize product listings on Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra.
- Monitor and manage the pricing, promotions, and product visibility across platforms.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
**2. Inventory & Order Management**:
- Maintain updated stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track and resolve discrepancies in inventory and shipments.
**3. Sales & Performance Analysis**:
- Monitor daily sales performance and key metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Identify trends and insights to improve product performance and maximize revenue.
- Analyze competition data and adapt pricing and promotional strategies accordingly.
**4. Campaign & Promotion Management**:
- Plan and execute campaigns such as discounts, offers, and seasonal sales.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create platform-specific banners and A+ content.
- Optimize campaigns using PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies for sponsored ads on Amazon and Flipkart.
**5. Customer Experience**:
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns in coordination with customer service teams.
- Manage product reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
**6. Reporting & Coordination**:
- Prepare regular reports on platform performance, sales trends, and ad campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and policies of the e-commerce platforms.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Flipkart, Amazon, or Myntra.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platform policies and best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with PPC campaign tools (e.g., Amazon Advertising Console) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
