Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Surat

Salary Range: Up to 25k per month

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that increase online sales and profitability
- Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform and ensure its functionality and usability
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement changes
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure competitiveness
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Manage online inventory and product listings
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and SEO
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
