Position: Business Development Executive (BDE )

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in any sales and business development

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on last drawn salary and interview performance)

Requirements:

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in core business development or sales (Any industry who is comfortable to work for B2B packaging industry)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meet.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present company services to clients and handle negotiations effectively.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet business goals and close deals.
  • Maintain and update records of client interactions and sales reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
