Job Title: HR & Office Coordinator
Type: Full-time (3-Month Probation)
Location: Maradu, Kochi
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR & Office Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment and provide administrative and secretarial support to management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, SOP creation, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR and operations within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
Plan and execute recruitment drives for various departments.
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and HR records.
Prepare and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with department heads to close hiring requirements efficiently.
Support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
Administrative & Secretarial:
Manage management's schedules, appointments, and official correspondence.
Draft letters, emails, and internal communications.
Maintain vendor contracts, payment records, and office documentation.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office requirements.
Assist in HR and payroll support functions as required.
Requirements:
Graduate or Master's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations, with admin exposure.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, Indeed, and Naukri platforms.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
Fluent in English and Malayalam.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
