About the Role:
Knovista Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a well-presented, professional female Office Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration. The candidate will oversee front office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
- Manage front desk operations, incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain records, appointment schedules, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with staff, departments, and vendors for seamless office operations.
- Ensure the reception and office areas are professional, organized, and presentable.
- Assist HR and Operations in onboarding, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred).
- 1–3 years of hospital or healthcare administration experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
