About the Role:

Knovista Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a well-presented, professional female Office Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration. The candidate will oversee front office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
  • Manage front desk operations, incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain records, appointment schedules, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with staff, departments, and vendors for seamless office operations.
  • Ensure the reception and office areas are professional, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist HR and Operations in onboarding, documentation, and general administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred).
  • 1–3 years of hospital or healthcare administration experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
