Front Office Executive cum HR

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
- Coordinate courier dispatch and receipt; maintain register entries.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support office administration tasks such as meeting room scheduling, stationery tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR-related documentation.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities including ID creation and document verification.
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, NOC, experience letters).
- Assist in payroll inputs: attendance, leave summary, deductions updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude, grooming, and customer service orientation.
