HR cum Admin Executive

The HR cum Administration Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the office. This role combines human resource management with general office administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, bonuses, etc.).
- Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and offer/appointment letters.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Monitor probation confirmation, appraisals, and exit formalities.
Administration:
- Oversee office operations, including facility management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure office discipline, safety, and compliance with administrative protocols.
- Support management in event coordination, meetings, and other organizational activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
