About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and efficient HR Assistant to support our Cochin office with recruitment and essential HR operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage daily HR functions with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls for shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with the hiring team.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status reports.
- Issue offer letters and collect all pre-joining documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
HR Operations
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support new joiner induction and documentation formalities.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and probation period updates.
- Assist in preparing HR letters
- Coordinate with internal departments for daily HR-related requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (mandatory).
- Experience in HR operations or administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR documentation and coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
