Sales & Marketing Executive – Industrial Automation
Job Summary
Givveo Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in Machine Vision Systems, Robotics, and AI solutions. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing marketing initiatives to expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial automation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cutting-edge technologies.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in machine vision and robotics.
- Generate leads, build customer relationships, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and customer terms to ensure successful deal closures.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems with sales activities.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for machine vision and robotics solutions.
- Create sales collateral, brochures, case studies, and presentations for customer engagement.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Organise and participate in industry trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the product team to generate technical content for blogs, whitepapers, and website updates.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation) or Business with technical expertise.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing within industrial automation, machine vision, or robotics.
- Strong understanding of Machine Vision Systems, AI-based vision inspection, Industrial robots, and automation technologies.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
Preferred
- Experience working with machine builders, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Knowledge of industrial cameras, AI-based vision inspection, robotic arms, PLCs, and automation software.
