Sales Engineer

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and capital equipment.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting a range of industrial automation products, including PLCs, HMIs, motors, and robotics solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer queries, provide technical support, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to strategically position the company's products.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to close deals efficiently.
Key Requirements
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales of automation products, machinery, capital equipment, or cutting tools.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial automation products like PLCs, HMIs, motors, robotics, or similar technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹26, ₹50,000.00 per month
