Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Lead end-to-end blue-collar and front-line hiring across multiple locations to ensure manpower availability.
  • Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) process, ensuring timely goal-setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Drive key HR Generalist activities, including onboarding, employee relations, grievance handling, and HR operations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale among both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
  • Manage workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and attrition analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor law requirements.
  • Partner with the leadership team on organizational restructuring, culture-building, and talent development strategies.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and processes across sites for consistency and efficiency.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Support HR digitization initiatives and HRMS utilization for reporting and analytics.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in courier/logistics industry HR operations.
  • Strong exposure to blue-collar recruitment and retention.
  • Excellent understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS).
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into HR actions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and Excel-based reporting.
