
Senior Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that support organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end blue-collar and front-line hiring across multiple locations to ensure manpower availability.
- Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) process, ensuring timely goal-setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Drive key HR Generalist activities, including onboarding, employee relations, grievance handling, and HR operations.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale among both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
- Manage workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and attrition analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor law requirements.
- Partner with the leadership team on organizational restructuring, culture-building, and talent development strategies.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and processes across sites for consistency and efficiency.
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Support HR digitization initiatives and HRMS utilization for reporting and analytics.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in courier/logistics industry HR operations.
- Strong exposure to blue-collar recruitment and retention.
- Excellent understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations.
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into HR actions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and Excel-based reporting.
