Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Business Management:

  2. Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

  3. Coordinate with internal teams to execute business strategies, marketing plans, and brand development initiatives.

  4. Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and efficiency in business operations.

  5. Sales Leadership:

  6. Drive sales performance through effective planning, client acquisition, and relationship management.

  7. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

  8. Track performance metrics and report progress to management regularly.

  9. Client Handling:

  10. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

  11. Address client needs, queries, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  12. Coordinate with relevant teams to deliver customized solutions and services.

  13. Query Management:

  14. Manage and respond to customer and partner inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.

  15. Ensure all queries are resolved within a set timeframe while maintaining professionalism and brand tone.

  16. Strategic Support:

  17. Contribute to planning and decision-making for business growth, franchise expansion, and market positioning.

  18. Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs for continuous improvement.

  19. Representation & Communication:

  20. Represent the brand at meetings, events, and collaborations.

  21. Ensure communication between clients, staff, and management is efficient, transparent, and aligned with company objectives.
