Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients at our project sites and managing channel partner (broker) relationships. This is a front-facing role, perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist walk-in customers at project sites or sales offices.
Provide detailed information about the project features, floor plans, pricing, amenities, and USPs.
Conduct site tours and help potential buyers visualize the lifestyle offered by our luxury residences.
Build strong rapport with customers and convert leads into bookings through personalized engagement.
Manage relationships with brokers and channel partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and coordination.
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, site visits, and feedback.
Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and closing teams to ensure smooth post-sales service.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to effectively pitch and position our offerings.
Freshers with degrees/diplomas in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration are welcome.
Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales or hospitality (front office, guest relations, etc.) will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric attitude with a flair for sales and relationship management.
Presentable personality and professional demeanor.
