About role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Consultant - Sales to join our consulting team in Surat. This role is ideal for an experienced individual looking to build a strong foundation in project execution, client engagement, and sales strategy development & implementation.

Role & Responsibilities: -

Client Acquisition & Understanding

  • Research potential clients within the target market to understand their industry, business model, and sales challenges.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their specific needs, goals, and current sales performance.
  • Identify key business challenges hindering sales growth such as low lead generation, ineffective marketing, and competitive pressure.

Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Analyze the client's products and services to understand their unique selling points, sales terms, and offerings.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop a sales growth strategy that addresses their challenges and leverages their strengths.
  • Set achievable and measurable sales targets for the client's sales department.
  • Provide on-site assistance to the client's sales team throughout the implementation process to support the successful execution of the plan.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop complementary strategies, such as branding, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Break down the sales growth strategy into actionable steps with timelines and responsibilities to create an implementation plan.

Monitoring & Analysis

  • Keep track of sales metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and adjust your strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly present progress reports and insights to your clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Client Relationship Management.

  • Analyze your monthly sales data to identify trends and forecast future performance.
  • Analyze your competitors' sales performance and strategies to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with client stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Set realistic expectations and proactively address potential challenges.
  • Be prepared to adapt the strategy and negotiate solutions based on client feedback and changing circumstances.
  • Foster positive relationships with the client team to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Find solutions to complex business problems impacting the client's sales growth.

Preferred candidate profile: -

Education:
 Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (required)

Who Can Apply:
 Seeking passionate individuals with 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing or Business Analysis, preferably within the consulting industry.
