Role Description
- Understanding the challenges of clients in the area of Sales Business Growth.
- Designing the Business Growth Strategy.
- Implementation of Business Growth Strategy at client location.
- Solving the Complex Business Problems.
- Dealing with the client and team of clients to achieve the desired results.
- Driving the project to maintain client satisfaction and achieve success for clients.
- Learn the products and services offered by the clients, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies).
- Helping clients in setting targets for the sales department and collaborating with the marketing. Department to prepare common strategies and monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
- Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates, Target decide for Sales Team
- Analyze market trend.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to provide comprehensive Consulting services
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing customer base
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
