Job Title: Management Consultant
Location: Remote (with Regular Client Visits – 5 Days/Week)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years in Management Consulting
Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PGDM Preferred)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Management Consultant to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management consulting, with expertise in HR and Sales process management, policy creation, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive professional who can lead junior consultants, collaborate with clients, and ensure seamless implementation of solutions that enhance organizational performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consulting & Relationship Management
- Conduct regular visits to client locations (5 days per week) to analyze business challenges and provide tailored, data-driven solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between the consultancy and client stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, project updates, and resolution of issues.
- Drive the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and sales strategies at client sites to align with their organizational goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, employee engagement, and sales performance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of junior consultants, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for skill enhancement within the team.
- Promote a collaborative, high-performance work culture across the team.
Policy Formulation & Process Design
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, performance management systems, and sales processes for clients and the consultancy.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best industry practices.
- Standardize workflows and reporting formats to enhance efficiency across departments.
Training & Development
- Design, plan, and deliver comprehensive training programs for client teams and internal staff on HR compliance, leadership, employee engagement, and sales techniques.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and post-training assessments.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect industry trends and regulatory changes.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
- Maintain detailed documentation of client engagements, project milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management, highlighting KPIs, challenges, and recommended actions.
- Track and evaluate project success based on measurable outcomes, including client satisfaction and process improvement metrics.
