Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and implement our direct sales strategy,
establish new distribution channels, and drive revenue growth across domestic and international
markets.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to establish direct relationships with
end users and resellers
● Build and manage a sales team focused on both domestic Indian markets and international
expansion
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
● Establish pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients
● Develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential customers
● Create detailed market analysis and sales forecasts
● Work closely with production, R&D, and other departments to ensure customer requirements
are met
● Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and business meetings
● Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
● Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred
● 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management role
● Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in chemical/dye industry or related sectors
● Experience in both domestic Indian market and international business development
● Knowledge of food, drug, cosmetics, or personal care industries highly desirable
● Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for dyes in various applications
● Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
● Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
● Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
● Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
