Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their real estate needs and providing suitable property options.

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals effectively.

  • Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to ensure informed client interactions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.

  • Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, and promotional events to generate new leads.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

  • 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role is desirable.
