Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Surat. The Field Sales Executive will build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and close sales deals to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective customers, demonstrating WhiteLion solutions, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves staying updated on market trends, competitors, and the specific needs of clients in the home automation industry.
Qualifications
- Sales and Communication: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging clients effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with home automation systems or smart technology and a willingness to stay updated on trends and offerings.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Proficiency in showcasing product features, providing demonstrations, and customizing solutions to meet client needs.
- Team Collaboration and Organization: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; prior experience in sales or technology-focused industries is a plus.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Location Flexibility: Candidates should be willing to travel within the Surat region for on-site client visits and meetings.
