Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Field Sales Executive based in Surat.
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include arranging client meetings, delivering persuasive sales presentations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Additionally, the role will require consistent reporting and updates on sales activities and market trends.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    Generate leads, build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients in the textile market.
  2. Sales & Market Development:
     Conduct regular site visits and market outreach to promote product and service offerings, identify new business opportunities, and convert leads into sales.
  3. Territory Management:
    Effectively manage and cover assigned territories, including textile markets, wholesalers, retailers, and dealers

  4. Reporting & Feedback:
     Provide daily updates and reports on sales activities and territory performance to the management team, along with market insights and customer feedback.
  5. Sales Target Achievement:
    Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an field sales executive
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of market analysis and ability to identify customer needs
  • Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving to address client concerns
  • Basic understanding of sales software and tools
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role is favorable
