Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive (Male Preferred) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and engage with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Present company profile, product offerings, and USPs to prospects.
- Prepare and share proposals as per client requirements.
- Follow up consistently with leads to close deals.
- Maintain accurate sales data and prepare reports.
- Manage client database and revenue pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in field sales (IT/Software sales preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Competency in English (spoken & written).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
- Quick learner with passion for sales.
