Field Sales Executive

Sales Generation
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Market & Territory Management
Manage and grow a specific geographic territory.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and close deals.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the companys products/services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, client interactions, and market feedback.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales manager.
Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. logistics, customer support, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Share field insights with the marketing and product teams.
Customer Feedback & Market Intelligence
Gather feedback from clients to improve service and product offerings.
Stay updated with industry trends and changing market conditions.
Post-Sales Support
Ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Compliance & Ethics
Adhere to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
