Field Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven *Field Sales Executive* with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and driving sales in assigned territories. You should be confident, persuasive, and have a strong understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit potential customers within assigned territory to promote and sell company products/services
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking
* Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
* Provide product demonstrations and handle objections professionally
* Gather market intelligence and feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategy
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Sales Manager
* Attend sales meetings, training programs, and team discussions
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
* 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and urgency
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
