Sales Engineer – Construction Equipment (XCMG)

Experience: 2–8 Years
Job Summary:
KVR Groups, in collaboration with XCMG, is hiring dynamic Sales Engineers for construction and road equipment sales. The role involves promoting XCMG machinery, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across Karnataka.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Promote and demonstrate XCMG construction equipment.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and dealers.
- Coordinate with service teams for after-sales support.
- Submit sales reports and ensure payment follow-up.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years' experience in heavy equipment or construction machinery sales.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
