Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to support our sales team and customers with expert product knowledge and technical support. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and customer needs, helping drive sales growth through excellent communication, solution design, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid technical and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
- Support sales team with product demonstrations and site visits.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support services and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles (1–5 years preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of [insert specific industry or product].
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites and project locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,309.70 per month
