1. To take care of Tamil Nadu Region( 5 regions)

3. Assisted walk-in customers visiting the factory, providing product details and support.

4.Maintained and updated lead information; prepared customized quotations using Grow Smart ERP as per customer requirements, followed up to ensure conversion to sales orders.

5.Coordinated with the design team for the preparation and approval of 2D, 3D layouts, and individual component drawings.

6.Created sales and production orders in ERP and maintained updates in the Project Management Tracker.

7.Obtained final customer approvals and submitted confirmed orders to the production team.

8.Maintained and updated the Daily Fund File Report received from the accounts team.

9.Followed up with the production department for order status and communicated delays or issues to customers in a timely manner.

10.Coordinating with logistics and dispatch activities with transporters; informed customers about shipment status, installations, and collected feedback post-delivery.

11.Assisted in post-sales support and worked closely with the service team to address customer issues.

12.Built and maintained strong relationships with key and repeat customers to ensure continued satisfaction.

13.Supported the sales team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports

14.Prepared and distributed Delivery Plans to all relevant departments for streamlined operations.

15.Shared Proforma Invoices with customers and actively followed up on payments prior to invoicing; coordinated with sales for collections.

16.Verified and compiled outbound expense reports for logistics and field activities, ensuring accuracy before submission to the accounts department for processing and reconciliation.

Qualification: Any Degree (Engineering preferred)

Languages : English, Kannada, Tamil ,Telugu & Hindi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
