**Position Summary**:
The IT Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced IT sales environment. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that customers' needs are met, and that the sales process runs efficiently from lead generation to order fulfillment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide product information or refer to appropriate sales team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, finance, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- **Order Processing**:
- Manage the order fulfillment process, including entering orders into the system, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure products are available and delivered on time.
- Ensure all orders and invoices are processed according to company procedures and policies.
- **Client Communication**:
- Act as a point of contact for customers, providing them with updates on order status and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-up calls, and post-sales activities to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to pricing, delivery, or product availability.
- **Sales Coordination**:
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate sales data, including leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Generate and distribute sales reports and analytics to the sales team and management.
- Track and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely responses from the sales team.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach programs.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure that sales initiatives align with marketing efforts and campaigns.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Ensure all sales documents are properly stored and accessible for the team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with IT products and services, such as cloud solutions, networking, software, and hardware.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other sales management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹11,165.53 - ₹32,210.49 per month
