**About the Role**:
you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Order Processing**:

- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the sales team to address any order discrepancies or special requests.
- Manage order tracking and delivery coordination.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- **Sales Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and records.
- Prepare sales reports and analyses as needed.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- **Sales Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and organizing sales materials.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring sufficient stock availability.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage product replenishment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
