Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and build long-term relationships with international buyers and importers.
  • Generate and convert export leads through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Explore and develop new international markets for existing and upcoming products.
  • Conduct
    market research
    to identify product demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
  • Develop
    market entry strategies
    for different countries and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain a structured
    buyer database/CRM
    for lead tracking and follow-ups.
  • Manage
    digital marketing and social media presence
    to enhance brand visibility globally.
  • Create marketing content such as product catalogues, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Represent the company in
    international trade fairs, exhibitions, or virtual trade events.
  • Support in
    pricing and negotiation
    based on market intelligence and logistics costs.
  • Coordinate with operations, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Prepare periodic
    sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, International Business, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in export sales or international marketing, preferably in the agro or food sector.
  • Good understanding of
    export documentation, INCOTERMS, and trade compliance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative and confident in using digital marketing tools for brand promotion.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in exploring global opportunities.
