Qualification

  • BE Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation

  • MBA will be additional bonus

  • If qualification is Diploma, then add 2 to 3 more years to experience required

  • Note: Exceptional candidates with export sales experience in industrial products may be considered even without a formal engineering degree

  • 6 to 8 years of proven expertise in international/export B2B Sales and Marketing, specifically in the industrial products sector

  • Confidence in handling price negotiations & customer objections - Basic Data Analysis & Reporting Skills

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage export enquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants

  • Conduct discussions with customers to understand application requirements and positioning of our Control Valve solutions - Coordinate with Sales Coordination Team to ensure timely submission of export vendor registration documents

  • Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team to ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial proposals - Follow-up on submitted offers, and convert enquiries into orders - Lead price negotiations with customers, while maintaining profitability and ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies

  • Monitor and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and follow-up strategy

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business and long-term engagement

  • Visit customer sites as required for discussions, product positioning, or technical meetings

  • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team
