We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to handle both hardware and software sales operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing inbound and outbound sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales.
  • Promote, demonstrate, and sell IT hardware and software solutions to customers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT hardware and software sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and market trends.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
