Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, manage financial records, and support the Finance Team in ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience with Tally ERP or similar software, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting transactions including journal entries, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and expense bookings.
  • Record and monitor site imprest, reimbursements, and petty cash expenses accurately.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax returns as per statutory timelines.
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of monthly MIS reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions.
  • Support the finance lead in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor reconciliation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Sound knowledge of Accounting principles and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and dedication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Preferred Background

  • 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Prior experience in construction, interior fit-out, or design & build industry preferred.
